Prologue
His name is John Henderson. He was born into a peaceful world, however everything was changing all around him, everywhere, everything. Unknowingly to anyone, the Citizens, the Solders, the Officers, the Civilians, is a change that will mark the blood of the generations to come. Diplomacy is not perfect, it never was. But during these times diplomacy is tested, along with those who vow to uphold it
The year is 2369, Steven Eugene Henderson and Erica Henderson are giving birth to their third and last child. Jonathan Eugene Henderson. John was born to a Medical Doctor, Erica Henderson who at the time worked on Hospital Facilities on Earth. Steven was not around for the birth, John never saw his dad.
In Starfleet Medical Regional South Medical Facility San Francisco, California, Earth John was given life. Fourteen years later he was admitted into Starfleet Academy, the youngest person ever to be admitted. During his second year, as a hobby, he was writing designs for a starship, the Eliminator Class. During this time he had befriended another Cadet, by the name of Robert Burke. All of John's peer's had made fun of him for the designs and John threw them out, but Robert always thought they were worthy of a chance, he took them from the trash unknowing to John, and was never heard from for many years.
2387, Tragedy. The Romulus Star Empire suffered the greatest loss any civilization could suffer. The loss of the home world, the heart and Soul of the Empire. Destroyed. Billions of lives were lost. The Destruction of the Hobus Star sent the Romulans and the Remens into the endangered species list. John was onboard the U.S.S Michigan as secondary Pilot. the Michigan was close by, and assisted the evacuation of survivors.
In 2398 John was given his first command, the USS Avenger, a Sovereign Class starship, the Third Sovereign in the fleet. Preceded by the Enterprise and the Sovereign herself. During these times there was peace between the Federation and the Quadrant, however since the recent Balance of power change in the region, the Romulans struggling to survive as a race, and the alliance between the Klingons and the Federation weakens. Times are about to get tough.
